OUR STORY

A little French tradition, baked locally

Inspired by the place good bread holds in everyday French life, I started this bakery to share traditionally made bread with my local community.

Every recipe combines sourdough levain and fresh baker’s yeast. I focus on careful preparation, honest ingredients and bread made for flavour, not for a long shelf life.
